Vaginas come in all forms, shapes, colors and desires and this internationally acclaimed theatre production, put in place this Thursday and Friday by Bangkok Rising, will show you many other amazing things about the V world.

For who doesn’t know already, Vaginas Monologues is an episodic play written by Eve Ensler and it will be performed by the ladies from Bangkok Rising; a play which The New York Times called “probably the most important piece of political theater of the last decade.”

Each of the monologues deals with an aspect of the feminine experience and women interaction with their body, sex, society and other.

As Bangkok Rising said: “you will laugh, you will cry, you’ll oooh and you’ll aaah”.

Besides being a great show, the 90% of all proceeds will go to House of Refuge a group of 4 homes in Chiang Rai that house 29 girls ages 6 and Up who have been sexually abused, usually within their families and communities. The remaining 10% will go to the V-Day Foundation that gives the legal rights to perform this play.
